Hi, I’m Brielle!
I’m so glad you’re here!

I created Well Nourished Wellness as a space to encourage women to care for their whole selves mind, body, and soul without the pressure of perfection. I’ve seen how overwhelming nutrition and wellness can feel in today’s world. Between trendy diets, conflicting advice, and busy schedules, it’s easy to lose sight of the basics: caring for ourselves through nourishing food, balanced routines, and making time for what matters most to us. Here I share all things food, faith, and self care.

Why Wellness Matters to Me
My wellness journey began with a lot of trial and error. I spent years trying to make sense of conflicting health and nutrition advice all while cycling through unhealthy habits before learning what true balance really means. Lost in a sea of mixed messages, I found myself on both ends of the eating spectrum- from to caring at all to being too strict for the sake of being “healthy”.

I’d read all the self help books and tried many manifestation strategies only to be left feeling drained, both physically and mentally, and stuck in a cycle of disordered habits and struggling with self acceptance.
These negative feelings made it hard for me to be kinds to myself and truly see my own value.
What I found to work for me is consistency, in my focus, my food choices and most importantly in my faith, which encouraged my spirit and allowed me to challenge the beliefs I held about myself. It became my anchor, guiding me toward balance, self-compassion, and true wellness.

My Background in Nutrition
I did the hard work so you don’t have to!

I’ve spent years studying the science behind food and how it nourishes our bodies. As a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition and Dietetics, I understand not just what we eat but how nutrition connects to our mood, energy, and overall well-being.
As your go-to nutrition expert, my goal is to make healthful eating simple, enjoyable, and sustainable for you.
Together, we’ll unpack the science of nutrition in a way that’s practical, flexible, and easy to apply to your everyday life.

The Heart Behind Well Nourished Wellness
Here’s what I’ve learned on my journey so far:
- It is important to be well nourished, spiritually, physically, and nutritionally.
- We are called to be good stewards of our bodies, and that means nurturing our temple.
- Wellness is not one size fits all.
My passion for wholistic wellness has grown as I’ve came to see that true nourishment extends beyond food—it’s about nurturing the whole self: body, mind, and spirit. Through my little corner of the web, I hope to inspire you to do the same.
Take good care, live well nourished.

Ephesians 3:19 May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.
